How does Baby Sleep Miracle work?

I am a real mommy and I have a little boy who gave me A LOT of sleepless nights. I spent a lot of time & money on books. I even hired a sleep consultant to figure out why my son wasn’t sleeping through the night.  That is why I started this website, Goodnight My Baby, because I learned so much about babies and sleep that I wanted to pass what I knew to other new parents.

Babies are unpredictable. They can sleep all during the day despite all the noise coming from people in the house, the TV blaring or ambulances roaring by. Just when you are about to go to sleep yourself, the baby wakes up and cries.

Baby Sleep Miracle is my #1 recommended guide for all new parents who have a baby that is a fussy sleeper; either during the day for nap time or at night.  It is packed with “aha” moments. It doesn’t simply repeat the same old stuff you have likely read numerous times before. It offers a real solution.

What is Baby Sleep Miracle?

Baby Sleep Miracle is an in-depth guide that shows you a variety of techniques that can help your baby sleep. This eBook was created by Mary-Ann Schuler. She’s a mother of two and a trained pediatric psychologist who has real-world experience and a medical background to provide the specific strategies that have the potential to establish a healthy sleeping pattern for any child; even the most active or stubborn.

The advice and information is written in easy-to-understand terms. She explains the philosophy of baby sleep in general before giving the practical advice. You will definitely learn how to train your baby to sleep on his or her own, as well as being able to spot the indicators that will signal if your baby is even ready to sleep.

What To Expect Inside Baby Sleep Miracle

The program is split into four chapters that are further broken down into multiple sub-chapters which all clearly illustrate the most effective steps of sleep training. It comes in PDF format and is approximately 110 pages long.

A very useful part of this eBook is the chapter: ‘Good Sleep at Every Age’ in which you learn the different developmental phases in minute detail from a newborn to five years of age. The clear instructions give practical guidance on what action to take to match your child’s personality, which is especially useful for the fussiest babies.

How much is Baby Sleep Miracle?

Before I purchased Baby Sleep Miracle I had hired a Sleep Consultant who spent 60 minutes with me on a skype phone call reviewing my son’s history, temperament and sleep record and then gave me a prescribed set of instructions to implement over 5 days.

Basically she instructed me to let my son cry it out but the thing that made it complicated was that I shared a bedroom with my son. It was impossible to sleep train him in the circumstance that I was in at the time and my sleep consultant didn’t seem to understand that and told me to ‘wait outside your room’. Well whenever it was time for me to go to bed myself my son would wake up! Anyway, to make a long story short, I wasted more money than I care to admit on a service that didn’t work.  Baby Sleep Miracle costs $37 dollars but comes with a refund back policy if you don’t feel satisfied with what you learned. Ultimately Baby Sleep Miracle became my resource and go-to to figure out what I was doing wrong in terms of sleep training and whenever my son went through a sleep regression.

To wrap it up

This is an excellent program to start with if you are just starting to feel the pangs of sleep deprivation because of your infant or child.  If you are having trouble with sleep-training, you will very likely benefit from the wide-ranging tips, advice and guidance published in Mary-Ann Schuler’s Baby Sleep Miracle. Also, it is packaged with a variety of extra bonuses, such as a white noise soundtrack that can send your baby off to sleep.

Like with everything else that is worth having, it takes work. Remember this isn’t a one night fix. You need to dedicate yourself by implementing this program.

If you still aren’t sure about whether to commit, you may wish to take five minutes to watch the four free presentations that give a real indication of what you can expect from this program.

Hey Sophia,

A good detailed review on Baby sleep Miracle.

Babies have very strange sleeping patterns, and for new mums and dads, it can be very troublesome.  I think this e-book and its tips will be quite very useful.

We all go through this phase when our babies don’t sleep at all, and we are in a strange situation not knowing how to deal with it.

Great to see that you are providing some real value products to your readers.

Thanks for your in-depth explanation baby sleep miracle, I’ve come across something like a while ago but lack proper explanation. I would say I fall in the third category of parents who is tired of constantly waking up at all hours of the morning, will surely check it out and I hope it works for my baby.

The Baby Sleep Miracle is an ingenious method which has helped thousands of parents get back to sleep. Don’t compare yourself with others, especially if your baby is slow to respond. Each infant will respond differently to the methods described in the book. You don not need further stress in your life.

I’m a grandparent and your description of this ebook reminds me of how import sleep is for babies and how precious the time baby is sleeping can be for the parents. I think this ebook would be a perfect baby shower gift and a valuable gift for new parents! I love giving practical gifts that will be used and appreciated. This fits the bill perfectly.

This is a great gift for any new parent! As long as you follow the instructions and keep at it, your baby will eventually respond. According to the author this system has already helped more than 17,000 parents all over the world.

I was searching on google for a review of this when I found your site. There is so much misinformation out there on what things are really about but I am glad that you broke everything down so I know what to expect. You see my daughter is 3 months old and I know she is too young to sleep train but I would like to know some techniques that I can use to make her transition into sleeping into the WHOLE NIGHT, much easier? And since I mostly read on my iPad, ebook format is just what I am looking for. Thank you so much!

I think that this training is great for babies and parents as you say. I think it is good to get baby into following a routine because routine is vital to help development. I think it is also great for parents because then you also get into the same routine which makes it easier to plan ahead and get your sleep in.

It may seem too early, but I think it is a good idea to start enforcing discipline. I think that the earlier that a baby understands the dynamic of your relationship and their place in it the better off they will be because it’s not like you just suddenly spring this idea of discipline on them from nowhere.

I believe that sleep training is a big part of forming a healthy and strong relationship with your babies so this resource is excellent.

While getting babies into a routine is a great idea for instilling structure and regularity, it is not a good idea to enforce discipline as you say, because babies are too young to understand right from wrong. The best way to approach a baby doing something that is wrong, is either avert their attention, remove them from the situation, or give them something else to do. I am no psychologist but I just feel like babies are too young to be disciplined at all. It also might be a cultural thing. So I don’t know.

I heard about The Baby Sleep Miracle on another site, but when I went to check it out there was nothing but a video and a checkout box. I was confused and skeptical about buying it because there was no indication of what I would get. I am very happy to find this review and also glad to know that if I don’t like it I can get a refund. There have been so many times where I purchased a product, and it didn’t work out for me but I wasn’t able to refund it because of the “fine print”.

Being a new dad is so hard. I am very burnt out and looking forward to getting some rest.

I completely understand. Being a parent is not easy and I won’t promise that your baby will sleep through the night on the very first night you implement these techniques, it takes some time and patience of course but yes, if it doesn’t work out for you, you can refund it.

At first, I wouldn’t believe that babies have sleep problems… I mean, I thought sleep problems were for adults who have stress and responsibilities.

This was until I heard my aunt talking about the fact that she can’t get her newborn to sleep and that she couldn’t sleep herself for like weeks.

I am thinking about purchasing Baby Sleep Miracle for her…  very grateful that you wrote this review!

So glad that there is a review on this product! I have been hearing so much about Baby Sleep Miracle and how effective it is, but I just wanted to learn some more before I purchased it and that is how I found your site.
My wife and I have a baby of 1 year and sometimes, it really gets hard to sleep especially in the morning. I will definitely give Baby Sleep Miracle a go and hopefully will get some regular sleep! My wife will be happy to hear about this. Thank you!

So glad I was able to help you decide on whether or not you were interested in purchasing The Baby Sleep Miracle. If it doesn’t help you family get some sleep you can always ask for a refund.

This is great. It’s perfect. My sister is due next week. I think your website will help her. I will definitely tell her about this website. As a matter of fact, will copy and paste the url now and sent it to her. Thank you so much for creating great contents here.

This is such a useful post especially for a first or even second time mum.Thank you for sharing your tips. Being a mum can be very stressfull especially when they are so little and lack of sleep does not help at all. I remember with my second one I felt I had not had a good night sleep for ever and ever.

Thank you for sharing it and helping other mums in the process

You made me very curious… I was thinking of going for a white noise machine but this sounds great too as it will help me to better understand what I have to do. I was thinking of going back to work after 4 months and I don’t know how much patience the nanny will have… He has nights where he sleep those 4 hours and other nights when he’ll cry and toss and turn until you can’t take it anymore.

Hang in there. It is just a phase and your baby will have better sleeping nights. TRUST ME. And if you ask me, I feel like if I am PAYING my nanny my hard earned money, she better find it within her to have the patience to deal with my son’s crying because he has sleep troubles…. there should be no reason a nanny should be low on patience if their job category entails them to be around children. I am just saying.

First of all I wished I had this book for my children when they were younger. My son was a dreadful sleeper. However Every single weekend I have my grandchildren from the ages of 5 months to 5 years.
I do this from a Friday to the Sunday. So Every little bit will help me. Trying to settle the tiniest grandchild amongst all the play and sleep times they have. It can be very challenging.
I do look after my grandchildren because I know it takes all its toll out on my Daughter in law. However now I have come across this book you mention by Mary-Ann Schuler. I am going to give it a try.
If I feel That it would be great for my daughter I shall share it with her too. I am looking forward to this.
I shall be back to let you know how I got along and if my Daughter in law and if she like’s it too, and of course my Son he plays a great part in the parenting himself. So he will let me know also.
No doubt my Daughter In law and my Son will be back to let you know how they got along with this book too. It already sounds fabulous and thank you for sharing. Looking forward to this.
My Kindest Regards and thank you once again Deborah.

It sounds like you are a very wonderful, loving grandmother to give your daughter a break sometimes and have all the grandchildren at your house! I know that when my mother or father take my son for a few hours I feel pretty thankful to have some time to myself. But if you have more than ONE child to take care of, that can be very challenging. This is a great book because it also teaches you how to put children to sleep in multiples as well. I look forward to hearing how things go with your son & daughter in law! Take care 🙂

Hi Sophia,

Great article!I wish I could have found this article 15 years ago when my children were babies. I had such hard time with them. I had to wake up every two hours and the day after; I was exhausted.
Now my sister just gave birth three months ago, and she is going crazy because her little boy wakes up in the middle of the night many times. She thought of hiring a nurse to solve her sleeping problem. I will share this article with my sister so she can read further about this eBook. I am sure she will jump on the occasion to buy it:)

Thank you very much for this excellent post!

Its a great Ebook and comes with a White Noise Mp3 soundtrack that your sister can use right away and get some serious sleep ASAP! I know the feeling of being at your wits end and desperate for a good nights sleep 🙂

Thank you very much for this review. I believe sleep training will help many parents. I Would love to share this with my niece who has a 3 month old. Tired babies make miserable parents for sure. We as adults find it hard to sleep some times, so why would we think that babies are any different?
I am glad to see what type of help is available for parents nowadays.

Sleep training is appropriate for babies that are at least 6 months old. Until then, they need to be rocked, held, cuddled all night, throughout the night – its probably not what you niece expected but 3 month old babies are too little to be able to regulate to self soothe themselves. It is thoughtful of you to share this with her however because this time will pass SO QUICKLY, before long your niece’s daughter will be 6 months and ready to be sleep trained 🙂

I let the baby dictate when it is sleep time. Usually, a pattern is set and you know right away when your baby wants to sleep. I would find this book useful for knowing the amount of sleep a child needs going by age and for growth and development

Sometimes when my son refuses to sleep, or is just not sleepy, I let him stay up until he starts showing signs of “exhaustion” ( meaning, he is ready and willing to lay down in his bed rather than jumping up & down ) and for me, it means my son is just easier to manage. Sometimes the path of least resistance is necessary for situations like this.

Thanks for this amazing review. My sister has been struggling with her baby for about month now. I don’t know why my nephew is having trouble sleeping but I want to help and do something about it. I’m thankful that this is actually legit and very easy to implement. This will keep my sister motivated to see results. Thanks again, much appreciated.

You are a very thoughtful brother. Your sister will probably really appreciate all the help you can give her, even if that is just holding her baby and rocking him for a while to allow your sister to recharge her human batteries. Sometimes all it takes is just a few moments to let off some steam to really make a difference.

THIS! Wow this is exactly what I needed for my first child! There were many inconsistent nights and things were pretty rough those first few months. Plan on having another sometime down the road and will definitely want to better prepare. Thanks for sharing this book, will honestly need to take a look at it. I’ve also shared your post with a few other soon to be parents. Thanks again!

Thank you Alex. Usually things are pretty rough for new parents the first few months. No one comes equiped with instructions on how to take care of their child, unless they went to college for child development and psychology, but even then babies are unpredictable. Especially their sleep patterns. Thank goodness babies are so cute or else we would get so fed up after days of crying & no sleep and probably throw in the towel lol

Hi Sophia. This looks like a very informative ebook. I have 2 grandbabies. The 2 year old is a great sleeper so no worries there, but the 5 month old will fight sleeping through the day. My daughter can only get him to sleep by nursing first. She doesn’t mind, but it would be nice if I could get him to sleep when he’s so obviously tired. I’m just not equipped like mommy haha.

I’m about to be an aunt for the second time and will be sharing these tips with my sister-in-law. She likes to read to her little one and I think it would be a cute and useful gift to let her know about this book. Thank you for sharing!
